SUBSTANCE: invention relates to voltage generation. Pulse device for generation of symmetrical system of voltages is realized using semiconductor pulse devices. It consists of blocks B1, B2, B3, B4. Unit B1 is a control unit. Unit generates a periodic sequence of control pulses. It is removed from output poles of unit B1 and supplied to input of unit of diodes B2. Unit B2 generates a sequence of pulses required for each phase. For each phase, a sequence of pulses with the required location on the period and the required duration is generated. By means of sequences of pulses formed by unit B2, opening of power keys located in switching unit B4 is controlled. By means of power keys of the switching unit B4, voltages generated by the power supply unit B3 are connected to the output poles of each phase of the device.
EFFECT: development of a device for generation of periodic pulse four-phase voltage using pulse key circuits for this purpose, which realize periodic stepwise approximation of meander type.
