FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and nuclear power engineering. Disclosed is a device in which the following functional units can be distinguished: 1. Control unit, which provides cyclic, with specified period T, supply of control pulses, which: A) controlling opening of electronic switches located in switching unit; B) controlling operation of pulse synthesizer of different polarity; 2. Switching unit provides connection to output terminals of constant voltage pulse sources generator with amplitudes E1 and E2 generated by ME power supply modules; 3. Unit of ME power supply modules consists of two power modules ME1 and ME2 connected in series.
EFFECT: technical result consists in development of alternating voltage generator for power supply of spacecraft devices without use of transformers, inverters and accumulator batteries, or electric converters.
