SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods of sample preparation for analysis. In the solid phase extraction (SPE) device, as soon as all columns of SPE-tray are filled with fluid, needles are hitched by coupling constructions in pushing element for pressing the tray down together with drawn up base into the sealing interlock with peripheral retainer surrounding container. At the same time, vacuum is created by the respective valve control, and all columns transfer the fluid into discharge container simultaneously. Then vacuum is released, needles are hitched by indents for cartridge movement under the discharge container, and the same operation sequence is repeated.
EFFECT: column contamination elimination for accelerated sample preparation.
