FIELD: training means; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: retrograde intrarenal surgery training simulator includes box and housed models of bladder with urethra, models of ureters and renal pyelocaliceal systems. Box is equipped with a removable impermeable cover for manipulations under direct visual control. Adapters are installed between models of renal pyelocaliceal systems arranged with possibility of replacement, and models of ureters. Models of urinary bladder with urethra, models of ureters and renal pyelocaliceal systems are made of silicone with Shore hardness of 10-15 with possibility of modelling collapsed state in the absence of fluid filling. Models of urethra and bladder are placed with possibility of introduction of ureterorenoscope with closed impermeable cover.

EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of training by practicing all stages of operations.
