FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and serves as mechanisms of robots and manipulators, flying shears, multi-contour frames of roofs, antennae of reflectors and locators. Disclosed is a spider hinge mechanism, which contains a closed kinematic chain of articulated links, which is made in the form of a multi-circuit annular structure expanding from the centre to the periphery, composed of concentrically installed one around the other hinged multi-link links, which are connected in pairs to each other by means of lever links and cylindrical hinges radially installed between said multi-link links.
EFFECT: simplified design of multi-link hinge-lever devices, reduced labour intensity of their manufacture and assembly, as well as compactness in non-working position.
