Abstract RU 2830455 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used to determine the risk of spontaneous or induced premature birth (PB) in pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Prediction is carried out at 11-14 weeks of pregnancy, taking into account the presence or absence of: cardiovascular diseases in first-line relatives under 50 years old, induced by PB and late miscarriages in history, developmental delay of foetus in anamnesis, hypothyroidism before pregnancy, arterial hypertension before pregnancy, use of intrauterine device in anamnesis. Transvaginal ultrasonic cervicometry is used to measure the length of the cervix. In addition, the patient's Rh factor, the presence of asymptomatic bacteriuria are determined, and the onset of real pregnancy is also taken into account by means of IVF. Each indicator is assigned 1 point indicating the presence of a risk factor, and 0 points if the risk factor is absent. Obtained data are used to determine the risk of developing spontaneous or PB by the presented formulas.

EFFECT: method is available, provides early prediction of pregnancy development.
