SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrument making, and, in particular, to the optical-electronic equipment (OEA) space instrument making of the Earth remote sensing small spacecraft (ERS SS) and is intended for obtaining single-color and full-colour ERS images of diffraction resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio under atmospheric distortion conditions. To obtain single-color and full-colour ERS images of diffraction resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio under atmospheric distortion conditions, when forming ERS images, their spectral filtering is additionally performed in three spectral ranges, and before detection, the brightness of the formed images is amplified and a series of short-exposure and atmospheric distortion-independent ERS images is detected, atmospheric distortions are compensated in them, then all the resultant images are combined by combining the reference landmarks of the three single-color images with the reference landmarks of the panchromatic image, and obtaining one full-colour image of diffraction resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio.

EFFECT: obtaining single-color and full-colour ERS images with diffraction resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio under atmospheric distortion conditions.
