SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical urology, and can be used for treating iatrogenic erectile dysfunction following radical prostatectomy. Autoneurotransplant – sural nerve is taken from one extremity. It is carried out in a subcutaneous tunnel in an inguinal region. A microsurgical epineural suture is formed between a sural autoneurotransplant with a branch of the femoral nerve to a lateral head of the quadriceps in an end-to-side manner. Through formation of epineural window, then autoneurotransplant is cut in half, each distal end is separated and implanted in cavernous bodies.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the invasiveness of the operation, improving the innervation of the penis.
