SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceutics, specifically to a nanoparticle for delivering anticancer drugs. Disclosed nanoparticle is a micelle consisting of amphiphilic polymers with number-average molecular weight of 1–30 kDa of general formula C4H2NO2-(--M--)-(CO)-R and Cl-(--M--)-(CO)-R, where (--M--) is hydrophilic part of N-vinylpyrrolidone monomers, and R is a hydrophobic part with the structure -(C8-19-alkyl)-CH3, wherein one of the anticancer drugs is low-molecular and is located in the nucleus of the nanoparticle, and the other anti-tumour preparation is conjugated with the surface of the nanoparticle and is a target receptor-specific substance of a peptide nature, which is a variant of the cytokine TRAIL, selected from DR5-B with an amino acid sequence homologous to at least 90% of the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, and DR5-B-iRGD with an amino acid sequence homologous to at least 90% of the sequence SEQ ID NO: 2.

EFFECT: invention provides novel combined micellar nanoparticles characterized by improved pharmacokinetic properties, enhanced therapeutic effect and controlled release of the preparation from the hydrophobic core.
