FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is consists in nano-carrier for delivery of biologically active substances, which is micella consisting of amphiphilic polymers of formula H-(--M--)-S-R and molecular weight of 1-30 kDa, wherein (--M--) is hydrophilic part consisting of monomers selected from group of: N-vinylpyrrolidone, N-isopropylacrylamide, N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide, ethylenamine, 2-allyloxybenzaldegide, acrylamide, N-dialkylakrylamide, acrylic and methacrylic acid and esters thereof. R is hydrophobic part with structure -(C8-19 alkyl)-CH2-X, wherein X is selected from H, OH, NH2 or NH3Cl. Invention also relates to nano-sized form for active substances delivery.
EFFECT: technical result consists in high capacitance of active substances inclusion into carrier and complexation; invention provides stabilisation of active substances during storage, enables to overcome physiological barriers and provides prolonged release in body; also controlled distribution and release of active substances is achieved.
