FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, to composition of heat-resistant coating for formation of ground layer on electrotechnical anisotropic steel, to application of specified composition for formation of ground layer on electrotechnical anisotropic steel and to method of obtaining of specified composition. Said heat-resistant coating composition contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: MgO – 100, ZrSiO4 – 1–65 and Zn2SiO4 – 1–65.
EFFECT: obtaining high consumer properties of electrical anisotropic steel, reduction of number of defects of soil layer oxidation, which have arisen during high-temperature annealing, creation of uniform light tone of coating, provision of high adhesion of coating and improvement of magnetic properties of electrotechnical anisotropic steel.
