FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of various types of air separators. Test bench for determining the efficiency of air separation, consisting of the following systems: a closed hydraulic circuit, which includes a sealed container connected to a cooler and a temperature sensor, pipeline connected to a pump with a frequency controller, taps, gate valves, a receiver connected to temperature and pressure sensors and a liquid flow meter, illumination, diopters, one of which is connected to the flexible hose, a flexible hose connected to the transition, a differential pressure sensor connected to the transitions, a stabilizing grid connected to the second diopter, a suction filter connected to the Coriolis flow meter, flow meter is connected to pressure sensor and compressor, compressor is connected to receiver, receiver with pressure regulator, which is connected to needle valve; air separation and air removal system, consisting of the tested air separator connected to the level gauge, a needle valve connected to the filter drier, the filter drier is connected to the pressure sensor and the Coriolis flow meter; metering system of air not released from working fluid, which includes pressure sensors and Coriolis flow meters connected to a sealed container.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of obtained experimental data, creation of required degree of air dispersion at its supply to liquid working medium.
