SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and can be used for testing, checking and adjusting flow meters of all types in a dynamic mode (at different pressures in the pipeline). Pouring dynamic stand consists of two tanks, one of them is located on the foundation, and the other on a digital scale; frequency-controlled water pump that maintains a stable pressure in the pipeline through a pressure sensor installed in front of the membrane actuator, that regulates the flow rate; a set of measuring instruments for measuring and controlling flow, located on the pipeline; measuring the temperature of the circulating fluid and ambient air; level gauges located on the containers necessary for the implementation of one of the methods of calibration of flow meters; two stabbing valves to regulate the direction of flow of fluid, stabbing valve (drainage) for air bleeding before calibrating devices and depressurization of pipelines before dismantling. Exemplary flow meter can be a mass meter with an accuracy class of at least 0.1.
EFFECT: possibility of comparing the readings of flow meters in a dynamic mode, id est under different pressures in the measured pipeline.
