FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: belt transmission contains drive and driven pulleys, belt, tensioning rollers made with flanges, tensioning device including beam hinged on support, two additional tensioning rollers and two elastic elements. Two additional tensioning rollers are coupled with the belt at the drive and driven pulleys respectively. Additional tension rollers are arranged at equal distance from the existing tension roller. All resilient elements are located in cups, each of which is fixed on the beam and can move along its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the plane of the driving branch of the belt with the help of the device for changing the stiffness of the resilient element. Tensioning device is a rectangular lever hinged on the base with holes for fixation, connected to the tensioning and damping rollers by means of spring-loaded rods. Tensioning device is arranged inside belt drive circuit.
EFFECT: improving the operational and technical qualities of the belt drive and the reliability of its operation.
