FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of turbine machine building, namely to methods of manufacturing a fan disc and impellers of centrifugal compressors, in particular gas turbine engines, and can be used in aircraft engine building and other industries. Method consists in preliminary cutting out of material layers of spacers in the form of rectilinear wedge-shaped strips with an open cutout on one of the ends and symmetrical cutouts in the form of semicircles on the side edges, and long and short strips in the form of symmetrical, oppositely directed and combined in the middle part of trapezoidal sections with similar cutouts. Shape and dimensions of cutouts in long and short strips correspond to shape and dimensions of cutouts in spacers. Rings with identical geometrical dimensions are laid out successively along horizontal axis in mould. Long strips cover the extreme ring, and the next rings with short strips form U-shaped sectors with radially oriented vertical branches with coaxial diametrically located holes and gaps between branches. Spacers are placed in gaps, spacers are supported by lower ends on surfaces of outer diameters of rings, vertical branches of U-shaped sectors and spacers are aligned. At the same time support elements in the form of slots are formed from cuts in long and short strips and cuts in spacers, and from holes in branches of U-shaped sectors of long strips and cuts on edges of spacers through holes are formed for connection with rotation drive. Rings, U-shaped sectors and spacers are connected along contact surfaces and pressing process is performed.
EFFECT: simplifying the method of making a disc from a polymer composite material while maintaining strength and reliability.
