FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method of impeller manufacturing of centrifugal compressor includes shaping of blade material layers, external surfaces of the support ring of the cover disk are made equidistant to the aerodynamic surfaces of the gas channel, the blades aerofoil profile is made in the die mould, the blades are laid in the die-mould separator, and in the separator cavities the support ring and cover disk are pre-formed, the separator is laid in the die-mould and pressing is performed, wherein in the matrix the external surfaces of the cover disk are formed, in the separator the internal aerodynamic surfaces of the gas channel of the cover disk and support disk are formed. Prior to final pressing the motor shaft is installed in the die-mould, on shaft the connecting disk out of composite material is wound having shape corresponding to the external surface of the support ring laid in the separator, wherein the shaft movement along the axis is limited by the die-mould bottom, the die is installed, through it the design specific pressure is generated, process operations are performed, after cooling the die-mould is disassembled.

EFFECT: creation of the centrifugal impeller of the compressor with high strength characteristics.
