FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit for separation and preparation of produced water, which includes a gas-liquid mixture (GLM) separation unit with GLM supply and removal pipelines and a water treatment unit with a pack of plates and a device for removal of released oil and pipelines for removal of water and mechanical impurities. Plant is characterized by the fact that the GLM separation unit and the water treatment unit are made as one in the form of a horizontal process tank (HPT) with packs of coalescers with a vertical hydraulic lock installed on the HPT upper generatrix, which is a cap with an open central pipe connected to the GLM supply pipeline for the GLM inlet into the central pipe, the cap is equipped with a common pipeline for withdrawal of partially dehydrated GLM, which is discharged via the central pipe, and oil discharged via the annular space of the cap. Invention also relates to a method for separation and purchase of produced water, as well as a hydraulic lock for installation of separation and preparation of produced water.

EFFECT: development of effective installation and method of separation and preparation of produced water with simplification due to arrangement of hydraulic lock in one device, combining functions – separation of GLM, preparation and purification of water, including purification from mechanical impurities; in addition, proposed for implementation of installation multipurpose device of hydraulic lock serves for reception and separation of GLM with separation of water and separate removal of partially dehydrated GLM and oil, increasing the efficiency of separation and preparation of produced water by the proposed installation.
