FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for preparation of produced stratum water in the oil, gas and water collection system. Plant comprises: pipeline 3 of produced gas-liquid mixture (GLM) supply to GLM separation unit 1, GLM discharge pipeline 10 from GLM separation unit 1, water preparation unit 2, equipped with filter 6 for cleaning from mechanical impurities, water discharge pipeline 5. GLM separation unit 1 is a piped water separator (PWS) for the GLM gas factor from 100 to 400 m3/m3 or an assembly of emulsion phase separation (AEPS) for the GLM gas factor from 20 to 100 m3/m3, or a piped separator boot (PSB - for the gas factor less than 20 m3/m3, while before the PWS or the AEPS damper-pulsation bottle for GLM flow 11 is installed equipped with gas discharge pipeline 12 to separation unit 1, water preparation unit 2 is a horizontal pipe closed on ends, pipeline of oil-containing water inlet in it 4 coming from separation unit 1, is connected to that end of the horizontal pipe where pack of parallel plates 6 is installed as a filter, connected to cap for collecting mechanical impurities 7 through an aperture at the bottom of the horizontal pipe, herewith cap for collection of extruded gas and oil 8 is installed after pack of parallel plates 6, in the upper part of the horizontal pipe, while pipeline to outlet extruded gas and oil 9 from cap 8 for their collection in separation unit 1 is made horizontal and is arranged above the level of pipeline to feed the produced GLM 3 to separation unit 1, respectively from the damper-pulsation bottle for GLM flow to the PWS or the AEPS or directly to the PSB. When using the assembly of emulsion phase separation (AEPS) as the GLM separation unit the pipelines of input into the oil-containing water horizontal pipe are installed on both ends of the horizontal pipe, while in each of them a pack of parallel plates is installed as a filter connected to the cap for mechanical impurities collection through the aperture at the bottom of the horizontal pipe.

EFFECT: technical result is the increase of the plant efficiency due to ensuring flow mode of its operation and improved quality of separation and preparation while simplifying the plant design, including the number of automation equip[ment and control instrumentation, with decreased metal consumption.
