SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry and can be used for production of products of both mass and therapeutic-and-prophylactic alimentation. Proposed porridge on a milk-and-grain basis contains cow's milk, drinking water, oat flakes. Additionally chickpea extrudate, black caraway oil, functional beverage “Korean Red Ginseng” with ginseng root extract, isomaltooligosaccharide are introduced. Initial components are taken in a certain weight ratio.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the nutritive and biological values, as well as expanding the range of milk porridges for therapeutic and preventive nutrition.
