FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to measuring devices, in particular to devices for determining the rate of filling a container. Device for determining the rate of filling a container comprises container installed on the base of the device, which has transparent walls and shaped to symmetric truncated cone. Device also comprises one laser source operating in pulsed mode, and one photosensitive element, placed on opposite sides of the container at the same height so that the laser beam passes through the container parallel to its bottom and crosses the axis of rotation of the container, and in the centre of the base of the device there is a limit switch connected to an electronic control module, which includes a timer and internal memory.

EFFECT: higher reliability of a device.
