SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for assessing formation damage during the entire production cycle based on percentage of oil recovery. This method includes: (1) conducting an experiment on permeability damage in a core of a target section, determination of the degree of damage in accordance with changes in permeability caused by different indices of the volume of injected pores, plotting a curve of the injected pore volume indices and the degree of permeability damage with the acceptance of the injected pore volume indices as the X axis, and the permeability damage degree as the Y axis and selecting the relationship formula; (2) conducting an experiment on displacing oil with water in the core of the target area, obtaining data on the percentage of oil recovery of the core in accordance with different indices of the volume of injected pores, plotting a curve of the injected pore volume index and the percentage of oil recovery by taking the injected pore volume indicator as the X axis, and the percentage of oil recovery as the Y axis and selecting the relationship formula; (3) obtaining a formula for the relationship between the degree of damage to permeability and the percentage of oil recovery in the process of displacing oil with water in core and (4) obtaining a degree of damage to the permeability of the section in accordance with the percentage of oil recovery at various indices of the volume of injected pores in the field data.
EFFECT: this method is easy-to-use and low-cost; it is of great importance for rational and efficient development of the formation.
