SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating trophic ulcers accompanying diabetic foot syndrome. What is presented is a method of treating trophic ulcers accompanying diabetic foot syndrome involving oral administration of Sildenafil in tablets 50 mg 3 times a day, 8 hours later, for 90 days together with Atorvastatin 80 mg at bedtime.
EFFECT: invention provides effective treatment of trophic ulcers accompanying diabetic foot syndrome, recovery of tissue blood flow and tissue temperature, as well as prevention of recurrence of trophic foot ulcers for 6 months after the end of treatment.
