FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of electroerosion application of intermetallic coating using mixture of electrodes-granules on part. Mixture of electrodes-granules is placed in a container which is a current lead made of the same metals as the part, and rotating from a drive with an inclination of the axis to the horizontal plane. Said part is rotated inside the container in the opposite direction to rotation of the said container for uniform mixing of the mixture of electrodes-granules. Electric current pulses are passed through part and container with formation of electric spark discharges between electrodes-granules, part and container, providing deposition of intermetallic coating from surface of said electrodes-granules used as anodes, containing intermetallic compounds formed on their surface, on a part which is an electrode-cathode. Distance between surfaces of part and container is more than two diameters of electrodes-granules.

EFFECT: possibility of processing curvilinear surfaces of parts and obtaining preset phase composition of deposited coating.
