SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing of a rod or shaft without seal in hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. Device comprises housing 1 having a stepped inner surface, one of which is made conical. Inside housing 1 sealant 2 is installed with clamping ring 3. Sealant 2 and clamping ring 3 is preloaded with cup springs 4. Cup springs 4 in the compressed state are locked with retaining ring 5. Coaxially to sealant 2, guide bushing 6 is installed to ensure the movement of rod or shaft 7 and prevent the occurrence of radial oscillatory movements of the rod during operation. Sealant 2 is predominantly metal, steel, cast iron, bronze, brass or plastic, graphite closed zigzag bracelet spring, covering and elastically pressing rod or shaft 7 with its internal cylindrical surface, zigzags 8 of which are located along the surface of rod or shaft 7 and are slack-free coupled to it. Outer surface of the spring is made cone-shaped along the axis of rod or shaft 7, whose zigzags 9 is slack-free coupled to the inner conical surface of housing 1. Longitudinal along the axis of rod 7, flat parts 10 of the spring are arranged radially to rod 7, and the longitudinal along the axis of the shaft, flat parts 11 of the spring are placed tangentially to shaft 7 against the direction of rotation of the shaft. Bracelet spring is made of equal strength bending profile.

EFFECT: technical result of using the invention is to expand the operational properties and at the same time increase the reliability of compaction.
