SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of solutions for etching aluminium and its alloys. According to the first version, the solution for etching aluminium and its alloys contains ammonium chloride 2.5-12 g, nitric acid 2.5-10 ml, phosphoric acid 35-80 ml, distilled water 10-25 ml, acetic acid up to 50 ml and/or formic acid up to 65 ml. According to the second version, the solution for etching aluminium and its alloys contains ammonium nitrate 3.5-10 g, hydrochloric acid 5-12.5 ml, phosphoric acid 35-80 ml, distilled water 10-25 ml, acetic acid up to 50 ml and/or formic acid up to 65 ml.
EFFECT: wider range of working temperature of the etchant with simultaneous increase in the rate, factor and uniformity of etching.
