FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for selection of operation in revision reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament. Performing multispiral computed tomography of the knee joint, creating 3D reconstruction of the knee joint, in the axial projection of the tibial plateau of the tibia, the extreme protruding bone formations are found and designated by points A, A1, B, C, A3; point A corresponds to the most protruding bone formation of the posterior edge of the medial condyle of tibia, point A1 corresponds to the most protruding bone formation of the posterior edge of the lateral condyle of tibia, point B corresponds to the most protruding bone formation of the medial edge of the medial condyle of tibia, point C corresponds to the most protruding bone formation of the lateral edge of the lateral condyle of tibia, point A3 corresponds to the most protruding bone formation of the anterior edge of the tibia; through point A3 line X, through point B line Y, through point C line Y1, through points A and A1 line X1, distance between lines Y and Y1 and between lines X and X1 is measured, the obtained values are substituted into formulas. According to the obtained results, the approach to the revision reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament is selected.
EFFECT: method provides determining the exact position of the anatomical point by using 3D reconstruction, on which the position of bone canals and anatomical intra-articular landmarks are clearly determined, which enables to fully and correctly assess all parameters and mutual arrangement of the existing and new canals.
