SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament of a knee joint. Graft is formed from the tendons of the popliteal muscles with its subsequent fixation in the femoral bone. Loop of the ARTHREX microplate is tightened, leaving play of 5 mm. Transplant is fixed in a tibial shaft with an interferential screw introduced retrograde from a joint cavity. Loop backlash is taking away in the femoral canal and the transplant is additionally fixed with an interference screw inserted antegrade.

EFFECT: method provides a reduced risk of developing endosteal cysts, unstable transplant, recurrent knee instability, reducing audit interventions and reducing the risk of postoperative contracture formation by restricting intra-articular fluid delivery between the graft and the edge of the endosteal canal, monitoring and correcting graft tension after fixation in the tibia.
