SUBSTANCE: system comprises a tire monitoring device (100), which includes a sensor unit with temperature sensor (131) mounted on the tire and measuring the temperature of the tire to which it is connected, vibration sensor (132), pressure sensor (133) located on the tire and measuring pressure in the tire, and distance sensor (134) measuring a distance from at least one tire surface relative to a predetermined reference point; processor unit (110) connected to the vehicle sensor and the sensor unit so as to obtain measurements from said vehicle sensor, measuring at least one physical factor to which vehicle (400) is exposed, and from said sensor unit; and memory unit (120) connected to said processor unit (110), storing a mathematical model constructed by one of the machine learning and/or artificial training methods using measurement data obtained from multiple buses, and values of physical factors associated therewith, and providing output data associated with the state of the tire when measurements obtained from the sensor unit and measurements obtained from the vehicle unit are used as input data; wherein processor unit (100) is configured to generate a signal relating to the state of the tire by applying measurements obtained from the sensor unit and the vehicle unit in said mathematical method.
