SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to monitoring and distribution of electric power between consumers in a city environment, wherein consumers are owners of electric vehicles and city premises. Charging stations and input devices of premises network are connected to each other. In the absence of power requested by electric vehicles at the charging station, a request is made to the owners of the premises located near the charging station to release part of the electric power to be provided to the charging station.

EFFECT: enabling optimization of electric power distribution between consumers: charging stations for electric vehicles and living quarters, taking into account determination of time and space-varying demand for electric power, with redistribution of power from sources to consumers and redistribution of power consumers themselves in space.
