FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers. In a vortex heat exchanger comprising two adjacent coaxial vortex chambers formed by three discs, of which the outermost ones are the covers, and the middle one is the heat exchange surface, the lower chamber cylindrical ring equipped with a tangential inlet branch pipe, outlet branch pipe installed in the centre of the lower disc, the upper chamber is made open along the periphery, its disc-cover has a central hole, in which, perpendicular to the cover disc, an air passage pipe equipped with a fan on top is vertically fixed; middle heat exchange disc in centre is equipped with welded core branch pipe and bent ribs, inner ends of which are welded to the core branch pipe, the outer ends of the ribs are located on the edge of the middle heat exchange disc; ribs along their length have a constant height and at least one bend at an obtuse angle, directed towards the core branch pipe, bends are made so that the total angle of deviation of the outer end of the rib from the radial direction α is in range of 30 to 80 degrees, wherein the upper end of the core facing the air passage is equipped with a plug-fairing.
EFFECT: increased intensity of heat exchange and strength of the device.
