SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. Centrifugal disc grinder comprises cylindrical housing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. Radial blades 6 and 7 are rigidly fixed on the lower surface of upper conical disc 4 and on the upper surface of lower horizontal disc 5, for example, by welding. Vertical gap between the lower surface of upper conical disc 4 and the upper surface of lower horizontal disc 5 uniformly decreases from their centre to periphery from (1.5...2)Dmax to (0.5...1.0)Dmax, where D max is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. Height of radial blades 7 of lower horizontal disc 5 decreases from centre to periphery from (0.5...1.0)Dmax to (0.1...0.2)Dmax with provision of process gap between radial blades 6 and 7 of upper conical disc 4 and lower horizontal disc 5. In radial blades 6 and 7 of both discs 4 and 5 with radial pitch exceeding Dmax, opposing vertical rectangular cuts 8 and 9, respectively, are made, to one of side edges of each of which is rigidly fixed, for example, by welding vertical rectangular beater, respectively, 10 and 11, with provision of process gap between mating vertical rectangular beaters 10 and 11 belonging to radial blades 6 and 7 of two discs 4 and 5. Dimensions of vertical rectangular cutouts 8 and 9 and vertical rectangular beaters 10 and 11 in height decrease from centre to periphery in proportion to reduction of vertical gap between lower surface of upper conical disc 4 and upper surface of lower horizontal disc 5. Between external profile of each vertical rectangular beater 10, 11 and internal profile of each opposite vertical rectangular cutout 8, 9 there is a process gap. If necessary, there is a possibility of raising the upper conical disc 4 due to spring support 12.

EFFECT: grinder ensures increased efficiency of the work process.
