FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: gas air cooler, consisting of the horizontally located heat exchange sections of the collector type, including the cooled gas supply and discharge chambers, containing the tubular plates with holes, where the finned tubes and the axial fan and diffuser ends are built-in. At least three deflectors of two types are rigidly mounted in the diffuser: S-shaped deflector for the heat exchanger center, consisting of two halves, forming two opposing centrally symmetric (relatively to the fan axis) the air intake channels, in each of which there are at least three adjustable rotating blades, mounted behind the air collector blades one over each other with the same pitch and the angle of the installation, and two blade deflectors for the peripheral part of the heat exchanger, mounted in the middle of the outmost heat exchangers, at that there is the window for ejecting the passive air flow from the fan central part at the bottom of each air intake duct after the rotating blades, and the rear wall of the air collector is made profiled to form the smooth entry of the airflow coming from the diffuser into the air intake outside the S-shaped deflector and providing the vertical outlet of the cooling air flow from the rotating blades inside the air intake.
EFFECT: increase of the consumed air efficiency, passing through the heat exchanger sections of the gas air cooler and optimisation of the cooling air flows direction in the device diffuser center.
