FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction materials, in particular to compositions of mixtures for making asphalt concrete, and can be used in construction of roads, bridges and airfields. Asphalt concrete contains crushed stone, sand from crushing screenings, mineral powder, bitumen and reinforcing structure-regulating element. As a reinforcing structure-regulating element, it contains crushed optical fiber to particle size of 0.5 to 15 mm, coated with a protective layer of a polymer composition consisting of epoxy resin oligomers, modified with acrylates and diacrylates, at that, it contains crushed stone of fractions of 11.2–16 mm and 4–8 mm with the following ratio of components, wt.%: crushed stone with fraction 11.2–16 mm—26–35, crushed stone with fraction 4–8 mm—24–35, sand from crushing screenings—30–45, mineral powder—2–4, bitumen in amount of 4.3–4.7 over 100 wt.% of mineral part and optical fiber in amount of 0.1–1.5 over 100 wt.% of mineral part.
EFFECT: expansion of road construction materials due to production of asphalt concrete, having high resistance to plastic deformations at high ambient temperatures, as well as recycling optical fiber wastes.
