FIELD: transport equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport equipment, namely to carriages of current collectors of electric rolling stock. Electric rolling stock current collector carriage contains current collectors installed on the holder, which is pivotally connected to the base fixed on the current collector frame, wherein between holder and base there is a cylindrical wire spring operating for compression, with a sealed flexible pneumatic element installed inside so that in the presence of air pressure in it, its flexible shell is pressed to the inner surfaces of the spring turns, located in the turn-to-turn space and covering a part of the spring wire cross-section circle, wherein said pneumatic element is made with possibility of its cavity connection to pneumatic line through air pressure regulator, spring compression sensor is installed between holder and base, sensor output is connected to the input of the control unit connected to the operator’s panel, the output of which is connected to the input of the pressure regulator.
EFFECT: improving the quality of current collection by controlling the compression of the elastic elements of the carriages, which reduces the risk of separation and complete compression of the carriages, leading to vertical impacts.
