FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical systems or devices used for mixing or separation of light signals in laser engineering, and can be used in optical gyroscopes, in particular in laser gyroscopes. Photo-mixing device of the laser gyroscope includes an output mirror and a pentaprism installed on the back side of its substrate with a beam-splitting coating made as a single one with a transmission coefficient of 45…75% on input face, and reflecting coating on parallel face.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced labour input in manufacturing and adjustment of laser gyroscope photo-mixing device.
