FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of skin scars. Disclosed is the use of a composition comprising an effective amount of a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cell culture supernatant for treating a skin scar, wherein said skin scar is a hypertrophic scar or a keloid scar, wherein the PBMC cell culture contains from 1*105 to 1*108 PBMCs/ml, and the PBMCs are exposed to ionizing radiation in a dose of at least 10 Gy before or during cultivation, wherein said PBMC cell culture contains monocytes, T-cells, B-cells and NK-cells. Also disclosed is a method for cosmetic treatment of skin scars.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides removal/treatment of skin scars, which does not require surgical intervention.
