SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage battery and vehicle with such battery. Thermal control component in a storage battery, comprising a pressure release mechanism, is configured to control the temperature of the battery cell, wherein the thermal control component is attached to the second wall of the battery cell, which is different from the first wall provided with a pressure release mechanism, wherein the battery bus component is electrically connected to the electrode terminal, which is located on the third wall of the battery element, wherein the third wall differs from the first wall. Thus, the tire component and the thermal control component are located on the side other than the pressure release mechanism, allows not only to keep emissions from the battery element away from the tire component when actuating the pressure release mechanism, but also prevents short-circuiting of the battery, wherein the thermal mode control component can continuously adjust the temperature of the battery element, thereby increasing the safety of its operation.
EFFECT: increased safety of storage battery by prevention of short circuit of storage battery.
