SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of storage batteries and, in particular, to a storage battery and an electrical device representing a vehicle. Accumulator battery contains: housing containing electric cavity; battery cell disposed in the electrical cavity, wherein the first wall of the battery cell is provided with a pressure release mechanism; a first path and a second path, wherein the first path and the second path are configured to communicate with the inside of the battery cell through the pressure release mechanism when actuating the pressure release mechanism, wherein the first path is used to release emissions released from the pressure release mechanism into the electrical cavity, and the second path is used to release emissions released from the pressure release mechanism from the electrical cavity; first balancing valve for releasing emissions passing through the first path from the housing; and a second balancing valve for releasing emissions passing through the second path from the housing.
