SUBSTANCE: said technical result is achieved due to the fact that the sending UE determines the configuration information of a radio link control (RLC) between the sending UE and the relay UE, RLC bearer configuration information between relay UE and receiving UE, and different UEs exchange corresponding RLC bearer configurations, so that an end-to-end quality of service (QoS) requirement can be met when a sending UE communicates with a receiving UE through a relay UE.
EFFECT: improved quality of communication in a relay scenario between user equipment (UE) and UE (U2U).
