FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thin-walled flexible packages, usually called pouches, and especially to the field of pouches provided with a neck for product consumption, usually called neck pouches. Closure device (1) for a neck of a thin-walled flexible package comprises lid (2) and sealing device (30), which prevents unauthorized opening of the closure device without visible traces, comprising: ring (32), which prevents unauthorized opening of the closure device without visible traces, suitable for attachment to the neck; part (40), excluding unauthorized opening of closure without visible traces, made integral with cover (2); and at least one breakable web (50), which with unbroken sealing means is attached to ring (32), which prevents unauthorized opening of the closure without visible traces, to part (40), excluding unauthorized opening of the closure without visible traces. Ring (32), which prevents unauthorized opening of the closure without visible traces, comprises upper front surface (34d), limiting it from above, consisting of a wavy surface containing successively arranged along the circumference of protrusions (36) and recesses (38), where each recess (38) comprises lower surface (38'). Part (40), excluding unauthorized opening of the closure without visible traces, contains at least one tooth (42), excluding unauthorized opening of the closure without visible traces, comprises upper face surface (42a). Said upper face surface (42a) is contained in corresponding recess (38) and said at least one bridge (50) connects lower surface (38') and said upper face surface (42a), and bridge (50) is contained in said recess (38).

EFFECT: providing the possibility of the cover after unscrewing from the neck to remain attached to the neck so that it could not be thrown into the environment.
