SUBSTANCE: solar power plant can be used, in particular, for decentralized electric and heat supply of private houses, various buildings and structures. Solar power plant comprises at least one flat gas solar collector, Stirling engine, linear or rotary electric generator, gas-liquid type heat exchanger, Stirling engine start-up system, thermal and electric power automation systems. Stirling engine is piston-type, comprises a liquid cooling jacket in the form of a gas-liquid heat exchanger and is located in the upper part of a flat gas solar collector, which is a receiver of the Stirling engine and is connected to it by means of inlet/outlet pipes for the gaseous working medium acting on the pistons, and heating of liquid, used in heat supply and/or heating system of building or structure, takes place in a cooling jacket by means of heat exchange with its gaseous working medium cooled during the operating cycle of the Stirling engine, wherein the flat gaseous solar collector is configured to withstand pressure of the gaseous working medium above atmospheric pressure and with the possibility of natural circulation of the working medium inside the flat gas solar collector.
EFFECT: solar power plant provides creation of simple and small-sized solar power plant capable of simultaneous generation of both thermal and electric energy.
