FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drilling rigs with movable rotary head and can be used in drilling of geological exploration and prospecting wells. Proposed plant comprises bearing frame with hydraulic jacks to support working modules, drop frame arranged on support frame mounted on bearing frame. On the drop frame there is a cargo winch, stands, the main working module positioned by a group of hydraulic cylinders and including a three-section telescopic mast with a gripping unit and a drilling pipe rotation unit with a clamping device. On the bearing frame there are a projectile winch with a removable core receiver, a diesel engine module with hydraulic pumps installed on it, a hydraulic tank module, hydraulic control units, hydraulic fluid cooling module, hydraulic motor, flushing pump for drilling mud supply to well, accumulator box, fuel tank and control panel module, in which diesel engine module control unit is located, main distributor for control of rotation unit, cargo winch and projectile winch with detachable core receiver, auxiliary distributor to control the clamping device, the gripping unit and the rotation unit, as well as control elements of the flushing pump and pressure control means in the system. In the lower part of the control panel module there is an operator footboard, and in the rear part of the control panel module there is a positioning distributor module for control of lifting, dropping and extension of the three-section telescopic mast and control of hydraulic jacks.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability and durability of the drilling rig components while expanding the functional capabilities of the hydraulic drilling rig.
