FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to a method for manufacturing of metal trusses with a curvilinear lower belt. Method of manufacturing metal trusses with curvilinear lower and rectilinear upper belts, connected by braces, consists in the fact that the lower belt is pre-bent with an external load g1 until plastic deformations are formed in it, then residual stresses from rolling, bending, welding in it are removed, diagonal braces and upper belt are fixed, after which external load g1 is removed, due to which the upper belt receives a reverse curvature and is straightened after application of constant load g2 to it.
EFFECT: higher operational reliability.
