FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for prevention of systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome (SIRS) after nephrolithotripsy. Method involves the intravenous drop-by-drop introduction of 1.5% reamberine in dose of 400 ml to the patients with urolithiasis before and during the nephrolithotripsy operation; introduction in the above dosage is continued for 5 days. On the next day after nephrolithotripsy daily for 5-7 days with underlying administration of reamberine, sound stimulation of the kidney is performed on the side of the operation. Sound stimulation is performed on a projection of the operated kidney with waves in the swinging range of 2.0 to 3.3 kHz, which are modulated with low-frequency oscillations of 60 Hz; the session duration is 15 min.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables the prevention and treatment of systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome after nephrolithotripsy due to reamberine, which reduces the level of toxic action of lipid peroxidation products on the kidney, restores the tone, blood circulation in the kidney, accelerates the evacuation of the concrement fragments due to the effective stimulation of the smooth muscle tissue of the kidney.
