SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetics, in particular to decorative lip care. Cosmetic agent for lips—a balm based on cocoa butter, contains berry wax as a base, sea-buckthorn oil, petroleum jelly, dimethicone, D-panthenol 75W, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: cocoa butter 2.12±0.3 g (42.4±6%), berry wax 1.30±0.2 g (26±4%), sea-buckthorn oil 0.30±0.05 g (6±1%), petroleum jelly 0.98±0.1 g (19.6±2%), dimethicone 0.20±0.05 g (4±1%), D-panthenol 75W 0.10±0.03 g (2±0.6%).
EFFECT: invention provides prevention of lip damage when exposed to unfavorable climatic conditions.
