FIELD: multichannel communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: flexible multiplexer for satellite communication stations, in which each subscriber interface module and the linear interface module include: random access memory with data transmission and reception positions; time position generators for transmitting and receiving user interface data and system signals of the group signal cycle, connected to the data and synchronization bus and to random-access memory devices with transmission and reception positions; wherein the central control module is configured to automatically determine the rate and duration of the transmission and reception cycle of the grouped linear signal based on a set of values of transmission and reception rates of all subscriber interfaces and system channels for a specific configuration of the operating mode of the flexible multiplexer, generate and transmit over the data and synchronization bus the time structure of the group signal to the time position generators of each subscriber interface module and the linear interface module, as well as generate, transmit and record data transmission and reception positions in the group signal via the control bus into the random access memory of each subscriber interface module and the linear interface module.
EFFECT: wider range of speeds for transmitting and receiving data at outputs of the linear interface module and high efficiency of using a group signal.
