SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and pharmaceutics, specifically to the use of a composition for treating a disease or condition associated with hyperactive cholinergic innervation of muscles or glands of external secretion, where the composition contains botulinum neurotoxin, which is administered in amount of 20 to 1500 units, and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, having an average molecular weight of 2.5 MDa to 4.5 MDa.
EFFECT: invention provides prolonged efficacy of botulinum neurotoxin with no side effects and faster removal of the composition at the injection site.
