SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to paediatrics in correction of motor disorders in children with perinatal affection of central nervous system. At first stage bandage is applied with two fixing circular passages of elastic bandage on table with bringing it in position of hypercorrection in rear extension. After that from internal or external ankle, depending on correction of equine valgus or equine varus setting of foot, elastic bandage is fixed in position of tension on upper third of shin by two turns of elastic bandage. After that, on posterior surface of calf muscle from the level of medial or lateral tibial condyle bandage is brought down on sole part of foot via ankle of the opposite side of tibial condyle, with formation of figure-of-eight like move. Then, going round sole and rear part of foot in position of tension on anterior part of shin, bandage is directed upwards to the level of upper third of shin, fixing it with two turns. After that bandage move is repeated.

EFFECT: method eliminates pathological equinus setting in ankle joint that is forming, suppresses pathological tonic reflexes.
