FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing carbamide and CO, comprising: obtaining ammonia from methane-containing gas in an ammonia production line and obtaining CO from a methane-containing gas in a CO production line, wherein a CO2 stream is removed from the ammonia production line. In the CO production line, methane-containing gas is reformed to obtain converted gas, from which a CO2 stream is first removed, and then CO is extracted. CO2 stream from the CO production line is divided into a main part and a secondary part, the main part of the CO2 stream from the CO production line is mixed with the CO2 stream from the ammonia production line to obtain a mixed stream of CO2, and a secondary part of the CO2 stream from the CO production line is recycled for reforming in the CO production line. Mixed flow of CO2 and ammonia is fed for synthesis of carbamide. Volumetric flow rate of CO2 from the CO production line is controlled so as to ensure the ratio of the amount of ammonia to the amount of CO2 in the mixed flow of CO2 in range of 1.8-2.2. Invention also relates to an apparatus for producing carbamide and CO.
EFFECT: providing high energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of the process of combined production of carbamide and CO, enabling flexible control of the amount of products obtained.
