FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endoscopic abdominal surgery. During cardiopulmonary resuscitation, manipulators and their plastic and metal sleeves are removed from the abdominal cavity. In place of removed sleeves, latex non-traumatic sleeves are installed, as in Fig. 1. After the resuscitation is completed, the manipulators are reinstalled into the abdominal cavity to continue the laparoscopic operation.
EFFECT: method enables to avoid damage to abdominal organs by rigid manipulators when performing indirect heart massage and with increased flotation of the diaphragm during artificial pulmonary ventilation, enables safe and fast reinsertion of the video port and manipulators into the abdominal cavity through the left latex sleeves.
